Schering-Plough, located in Kenilworth, NJ, is looking for a Human Resource generalist responsible for Technical/Manufacturing Operations. This position will support functions such as Maintenance, Aerosols, Tabletting, Technical Services and Compliance. Responsibilities include employee relations, training, employee communications, HR policy and procedures, compensation administration, labor relations, management development and key projects.

Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred. Candidate must have 5 to 7 years experience as a Human Resources generalist with 3 to 4 years of that experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment. Ideal candidates must possess excellent oral and written communications skills, be team oriented, creative, and possess a high energy level. Only candidates who bring a sense of urgency need apply. Finally, the candidate must be able to handle multiple priorities.

B.S. degree required; M.S. preferred.
